I have been thinking about getting a portable solar panel thing to charge batteries on bike and back packing trips. There seems to be several on the market, are they all pretty much the same or are some better than others?
I also thought i could put it in a clear drybag on top of my kayak to charge as i'm going along, anyone done this? Does it work ok?
