I did one once on "Evaluating Structured Finance Products", it involved cutting up lots of cakes - the audience seemed to enjoy it but that may have been because they enjoyed eating the cake afterwards.

Usually a short, simple powerpoint affair, with a few concise bullet points. I look smart and presentable aswell (I wear a shirt and I tie my dreadlocks back)
