Reminds me of Reclaim The Streets back in the nineties; the Angel blocked off, sandpits for the kiddies, proper nosebleed banging techno, and people dancing on top of a bright pink armoured car. With loads of plod in riot gear standing around looking extremely bored and very hot and bothered.
