i cannot wait to get my new guitar in 14 days time.

one of these 😀

[img] [/img]

traded my ibanez s 420 wb towards it (nice guitar, but not really me tbh).

loved jaguars for a long time (they look cool as,short scale neck also).

after playing mine,am very much looking forward to getting it.

love chimey/jangly guitar sounds (which this guitar is ideal for).

what are you looking forward to getting?

My rear wheel. LBS has had it for month to change the rim. Actually, I'll probably not get it in the near future.

Not quite 'in the future' as I just went out to pick them up.

The new sails for my boat 🙂

So does looking foreward to acutlay sailing them count?

Scary thought, they cost mor than any bike I've ever bought, and are consumables :-S

The stuff I ordered from China. Some day. Maybe never.

Mind you, my Alpkit order arrived this morning, so I am a happy man. I might have to try the Brukit out this evening.

a week off work. got to wait until 23rd December though 🙁

and sometime in the new year, a new (to me) car. one that will fit my drums AND take a passenger or maybe even two. Haven't decided exact model yet but it'll be an SUV lite, probably.

a disposable income

Ain't that the truth, I've been skint for one reason or another since 2011...

The next three months will be the toughest yet, the only plus side to this I can see is come payday March I feel so rich compared to Dec-Feb that it's create a 'new normal' and I'll forget what it was like to the free single and (very) gainfully employed.

1st rule of buying from CRC is that "if you want it next day, don't pay for next day delivery". Everything I've ordered next day' has not come next day but most things ordered with normal delivery do 👿

A job - either that or the market sector I work in as a freelancer to resurrect itself from death's door (which is unlikely with the current Tory government's focus on slashing government and local government expenditure to zero) 🙁

A larger version of the heated motorbike vest that I ordered last week - the first one was tiny!

Decided it's a bit cold on the bike now.

oh yeah - and a new girlfriend. The last one was broken.

As others have mentioned, a job. Or a second job. Or at least more hours in the too-few-houred job I have.

Oh, or a big lottery win.

(These are hopes rather than actuals.)

Maybe all us jobseekers should get together and start up a boy-band, or pose for a calendar or something!

An entry to next year's transcontinental race. Application is in but it's over subscribed so I'll have to wait and see. Have a feeling I won't get in though.

Looks like looking forward to my Rear mech arriving is a thing of the past.

Steve looks like you were right, when I put the order in I actually thought about the expectation management, if I just went for normal free delivery and it then arrived early I would be really happy, if I paid the extra and it did not turn up I would be sad ( like I am now)
