Best walks, pubs beaches, rides and restaurants if anyone knows please?
Off there camping tomorrow for a week of eating, riding, sea swimming and lovely pub walks with the fiancee and dog. Cannot wait. If anyone's got any advice I'd be thankful, STW>TripAdvisor

Rock Pool Cafe for sunset beer and wine. And a dip in the rock pool itself if the tide is right.

Cliff top walk to Lamorna and back across the fields on the top. Cafe in Lamorna itself is average but worth a cuppa.

Mackerel Sky seafood for lunch in Newlyn.

Walk from Kynance Cove (bit of a drive from Mousehole but worth it) to Lizard and the cafe there for the best Cornish pasty ever.

Porthcurno beach is great but can get very busy. You can swim in the harbour in Mousehole itself. Jubilee Pool in Penzance is lovely too. Book well in advance if you want the thermal pool.

There’s only one pub in Mousehole

Walk the coastal path to Penzance

Eat stargazy pie

Read the The Mousehole Cat

Go to the Minark theatre

Walk round the village taking in the beauty

Lols at Matts. Very jealous sounds like a fabulous week. Take a few minutes to visit Penlee lifeboat station to remember the poor souls of the Solomon Browne - 40 years this year.

Regularly holidayed in Cornwall for 30 years. Lamorna Cove to Porthcurno on the coast path is a nice walk, as is Sennen to Cape Cornwall or even around to Botallack. We preferred to stay up near St Just as it was a little bit quieter - chippy and pub in the square are quite good too.

2 Fore Street. Go twice as you’ll want to eat there again.
Jelbert’s in Newlyn for ice cream - daily.
Say hi to my family as not seen them for two years.

Another vote for Jelberts in Newlyn. Glad it's still going as I remember it being the best ice cream ever as a child.
The pub in Lamorna, the Wink I think? Used to be pretty food for a ploughmans.

Cheers for all the tips.

Did rock pool cafe - stunning, great cocktails!

Lamorna cove and walk, had an entire cove to swim in pretty much to ourselves.

Mackerel sky was best seafood I've had since cascais.

Porthcurno beach early doors on the red hot day we had. Like being in the Caribbean!

Mrs went in jubilee pool for a swim while I ran down penzance front and St Michael's Mount.

Went to Penlee lifeboat Station and read about the history.

Couldn't get in 2 fore Street, completely booked up, jelberts was the best ice cream I've ever had, Mrs said the same. But clotted cream on I e cream? Who knew that would work??!!!

Lewis fish and chips. I got scampi, lovely, Mrs got cod-different world. Best fish and chips I've had, better than anything in whitby where our friends live. They're not happy about this comment!

But cheers so much for the recommendations, took them all on and did a lot of them and more. Really appreciate it.

Glad to hear! Always slightly nervous about recommending things you like as can often be personal taste. Can’t wait to go back myself, four weeks and counting…
