Couple of examples at both ends on this morning's walk through the Big City
1) A homeless fella was lying on the pavement. A passerby stopped to ask if he was okay, to which he replied "I am mate, thanks, and thanks very much for asking, most people don't".
but then,
2) Greggs obviously feel they need a security guard. In Greggs FFS. At half eight in the morning FFS.

Maybe security guards eat breakfast too?
A young couple were looking at my jewellery in the market and she decided to buy a pendent but her card was refused.
She had been pleasant to talk to about the paintings and jewellery before trying, and failing, to pay for it so I left her have it anyway. It was only £10 so I really wasn't that bothered. She was a bit embarrassed but took the pendent and a business card and carried on up the street.
I got an email on August 2nd from her saying her wages had cleared and she had just Paypal'd me £10.
Why didn't her boy/girlfriend show a bit of kindness and pay for it? 😀
(sorry to be a pedent but it's pendant)

They'd obviously been tipped up, and when I find the grass who did it....
One minute too late for my witty response!
Sorry to be a pedant but it’s a pedant.
