We had a break in to the small industrial esate 2 weeks ago . The scum used a rope and car to pull open the locked gates , by snapping the brackets on the lock bar . They then broke into a container to search for wire / tools whatever. As professional idiots they ensured a seperate escape route was available if the police turned up. So they smashed through a fence into a garden , with 2 old retired greyhounds in the house. Who obviously went mental and the pikeys legged it empty handed.
Thursday at work we loaded the delivery van and wen the driver set off it sounded very loud and whooshy. Entire exhaust system removed from the turbo back, Cat , boxes , the works.
The crims are even on CCTV seem at 0220 running around in the yard . They do the deed and are off site in 5 mins .
Boss claimed through insurance. My view was the claim would effect our renewal and loose us our NCB and for £300 we could get a pattern one. But no , through insurance so after excess is paid , plus premium hike its an expensive day out .
