All the women in my office are cooing 'oh isn't he cute' looks like any other chubby baby to me.
Apparently he is to be baptised in water from the holy river of Jordan. I wonder if they asked her? 😕

Look at photos of children from Victorian times, it was pretty much customary for boys to be dressed as girls for the first few years. And he probably looks like Queen Victoria; all babies do... 😉
