The Germans generally have words for these things. Best I can come up with is "Rundfunkgerätenpassen"

Panicked fumble? Surely you just hit the button on the steering wheel?

You've just excelled yourself with that last line Junkyard 😉

I get that dive for the off button (well, source button, to get the iPod on) as soon as the radio comes on in the car in the morning.
Why is that Chris Moyles is always talking when the radio comes on? Do they actually play music in the morning?

I dont need to hear a believer tell me what happened today /yesterday that makes them continue believing. I dont consider it thoughful at all ..it is thoughtless as reality passes througha a god filter and then get s reguritated to me
Goes to work on speeling and reading skills

You don't listen to it much then?

I dont consider it thoughful at all ..it is thoughtless as reality passes througha a god filter and then get s reguritated to me

And that is something worth thinking about, since it's how most of the world see things. I don't mean agreeing with, just thinking about.

What good will blowing the horn do?

Well, it usually puts an end to the panicked fumbling.
