To the guy who asked me to fix his ipad screen and when asked for a photo proceeded to send 3x screenshots but couldn't figure out why the cracks weren't showing up. You sir, are an idiot!

Possibly the same guy that called me to say his external email wasn't working. I asked him to print and fax me a couple of configuration files. Printing and faxing was too much trouble so he emailed them

I once had someone use print screen, then printed the image before scanning and emailing to me 😀

At work many many moons ago i confused a lot of people. I pressed print screen which copied the desktop, saved this image as the desktop background and then selected the function which hides the destkop Icons. So the desktop icons were actually not there to be clicked on, but they were still visible, thus None of the items would apparently open...

The wonder what the IT guy who came and 'fixed' it thought.

Simple: "I bet the **** that did this thinks he's hilarious. He's not. He's a timewasting idiot."

Or some variation of that.

I know someone who thought their screen was cracked because you could see a crack across the boot logo.

Had that just last week. Someone needed a photo to send on to somewhere else. I emailed it to her, she printed it out, scanned it back in as a .PDF and emailed that file on to the recipient. ❓

OT but wysiwyg, do you fix screens on Nook e-readers? Mine is shot and no-one locally does them.

What model? You may be straying into repair cost vs replacment territory
