Rumours on 5 live that Moyes has been given the push. Shame as I liked where he was taking the club 😈

Hmmm, odd time to do it if true.

I would be very surprised if they do it before the end of the season.

...didn't stop Norwich, though, I guess.

I genuinely hope that he isn't going to get the push. He needs to be given at least another full season in my honest opinion.

It sounds like as happened to Mancini last year, he has gone to the board demanding public support for his position, and they have twiddled their thumbs and said "well Dave it's like this...."

Is this like the way binners and I used to say the same about Rafa?

TBH Everton having improved and been better after he left whilst playing with verve, passion and commitment and Man U looking like they just met in the pub after an all nighter pretty much sums up his impact

I am sure he would not be this bad if given another season but it is unimaginable that say Jose or Fergie would have slumped to this or played in this way - Jose would have been dull but with results rather than dull without results....probably guve a slightly better interview as well 😉

I think his post match statement that "we played really well in the first half" convinced everyone he'd clearly been smoking crack and therefore has to go.

I can't see any good coming from sacking him now. Though it would lend some credibility to stories of unrest in the dressing room. I wonder if a mutiny was afoot?

United are refusing to deny it, which would suggest he's presently getting his marching orders

It's a shame in the sense that this will most likely be the last time a relatively young British manager gets one of the very top jobs in European football.
If he goes what's the odds that SAF takes over until the end of the season?

6-1 at Coral. Klopp is 5-1

Perhaps Fergie and the Glazers should take some responsibility for effectively giving Moyes a 'hospital pass' with an ageing group of players, little transfer activity and David Gill, who masterminded many of Bacon Face's transfers, leaving at the same time. It will be interesting to see who will take the role if Moyes goes - will a top manager want to take on a club with no Champions League football and a whole squad to change?

As a Leeds fan its refreshing to see MUFC going through some turmoil as well as us 😉

To be fair if it was City or Chelsea in this position with a new manager they'd've been sacked way before now.

Maybe the players should shoulder some of the blame instead of skulking off like ****less teenagers. They must have known how much Moyes wanted to win at Goodison, but they barely turned up.

I think you'll find that's Huntingdon, not Manchester 😉

It gets worse; Huntingdon is in Huntingdonshire.
Which is in Cambridgeshire.
