The topic ‘The STW Ski & Snowboard thread. The 2020-2021 season’ is closed to new replies.

Thought I'd add something to the thread and it's closed 🙁

Anyway, as things are so uncertain, an OTS family holiday is looking unlikely, but Mrs OTS has granted permission for me to go on my own or with friends. As I WFH and I can self isolate in the house if needed, quarantine won't be a problem.

BUT there seems to be cases associated with cold environments locally - Coupar Angus chicken processing plant and Grantown on Spey abattoir, so I'm not convinced skiing is likely to be available at all without a vaccine. Thoughts?

It doesn't seem to be affected by the cold making it a tough call. Missed out on Coe this year by a couple of days but have bought a new board (bataleon fun kink). Both kids are learning to ride but expect things to be fridge and dry slope for the foreseeable.

And for future reference, we can open closed threads on request.

But we don't need three 'official' threads so...
