Didn't get up early, coffee and biccies mid-morning then a chilled ride round the local woods, not chasing PR's, just enjoying the outdoors and skidding about in the mud. Lazy afternoon and a dog walk followed by a fantastic rare fillet steak (cooked by 'er indoors) and a Portugese Grande Reserva red from 100 year old vines.. 🙂
15 miles run on lovely trails.
Bacon sarny and good coffee.
Potter round the house.
Lovely lunch with the family.
Nap on the sofa with the football on in the background.
Homemade soup and crusty bread.
2 pints in the pub with the dog and some friends.
Home to watch celebrity Bake Off.

Had a lazy lie in
Took Mothers Day stuff round to my mum's.
Failed to persuade MrsMc and LittleMissMC that we should go for a stroll and cafe stop.
Got told to go for a ride 🤷♂️
35 mile road ride, superb cafe stop (Chase in Holloway)
Home in time to prep the roast potatoes.
Quickly checked work emails to clear the spam ahead of tomorrow
Now chilling watching Celeb Bake Off in the background.
Sunday social ride with 2 mates of 60 plus years , coffee in the sunshine . Sarnies for dinner in the garden then back out on the bike PM into the local woods back via a pub , pint of Cider in the sun then a scoot through nature reserves back home so yeah not bad 👍
