So the Sri Lanka tour is on Talk Sport instead of TMS. Let's say I'm prepared for disappointment but I'll give it a chance. How many bettings ads per hour to we reckon?
Building myself up to giving it a try. See Darren Gough is on their and Mark Nicholas, so has potential.
I'd go for at least 10 betting ads per hour, Ray Winstone at least once every twenty minutes
I've been on for 20 minutes now and surprisingly no ads. England losing 2 wickets were the first thing I heard though

Business as usual then

No so much in ODIs
Mark Butcher too, so the team seems good and no ads yet. Plugs for football later in the week but I guess we have to give them that. This could be alright after all.
From the website........
Alongside Goughie will be former England wicketkeeper and three times Ashes winner Matt Prior, plus former England batsman Mark Butcher, former England spinner Gareth Batty and Sri Lanka legend Mahela Jayawardene.
Also featuring across commentary will be Sky Sports pundits Mike Atherton, David ‘Bumble’ Lloyd, Nasser Hussain, Ian Ward and Rob Key to give all the latest cricketing news and analysis throughout the tour, which includes all Test Matches, ODIs and T20s.
No adverts will be broadcast during the live action and will only feature during natural breaks in play.
It's a national disgrace!
Still at least smuggy isn't on it
oh dear, not the best morning. Come back cookie all is forgiven ! 😉
bit better now......
I was trying to find this this morning on my DAB. Is it normal Talksport or is there another dedicated channel? TS seemed to have the usual magazine show?
I didn't think the ODI commentary was too bad but I'm not liking the test match one. It's just so dull
theotherjonv - it's talk sport 2 - I listen via Tune in radio
Giving “The Cricket Social” on BBC website a trial during the 3rd session.
