Bingo, the most dangerous drivers are those that swerve immediately from the fast lane to the slow lane, even though they know they'll be swerving straight back out in 3 seconds as they're going much faster than the cars in front.
Yes I get the right lane is for overtaking, but try looking ahead.

Legal, [i]but[/i] if someone is dozy enough to be sat in the middle lane for no reason then they are likely to be dozy enough to move back into the left lane without checking their left wing mirror or blind spot.
