It's either going to be quite good or a complete turkey.

Obviously it'll never be as good as The Day Today, but will give it a watch. Personally not a massive fan of The Mash website, bit on the nose, but I know it has fans here.

Tonight BBC2 10pm

Not sure about that, i like the website but that seems a bit of an annoying BBC "comedy" show

I gave it 70 seconds and decided it was a bit 'Radio 4 18:30 comedy slot' for me.

It had it's moments. Few chuckles.

Oh, I would have given it longer if I had known they were in it.

It was really very poor. The funniest bit was the over the top Tory with his "new policies". Very tongue in cheek that bit. The rest? Oh dear me no. Rotten. To be fair, I don't find Nish Kumar's delivery funny at the best of times.

a bit 'Radio 4 18:30 comedy slot' for me.

There is so much utter shit in that slot these days, it's tragic.

It's obviously trying to learn from the US show style of fake interviews seen on the Daily show, and Nish is the best bit by a long way. 50% of it was just deeply disappointing.

Hopefully it will find its feet, and be given time to adjust but overall it was pretty poor.

Me too. Truly awful like that Shakespearean thing David Mitchell did.

Well, I'm enjoying it a lot. I particularly liked the "reviewing the reviewers" sketch and the phrase "turbo racists" from Andrew Hunter Murray in last night's episode. And Geoff Norcott's segments in the previous two episodes were v. funny.

I like Nish Kumar normally but the rest of them seemed to trying a bit hard, I only managed 10 minutes.
On the other hand I have been loving Frankie Boyle's New World Order, his monologue about passing on super gonorrhoea to cockroaches in order to preserve human kinds' legacy had me spitting biscuits.

Yes indeed, that was brilliant. Shame there were only 3 episodes.

Well it wasn't bomb dogs was it?

Frankie Boyle's NWO was superb, in fact i'm still laughing at it. I thought I watched four episodes but maybe the fourth was all the best bits going round in my head again and again 😆

Missed opportunity.

Although there is no need to satirise the news these days.
