A CNN article which shows that Darroch was perfectly correct in his assessment, and that he’s backed up by the ambassadors of many other countries who send very similar cables to their governments:
https://edition.cnn.com/2019/07/11/politics/trump-darroch-ambassadors-washington/
Reading it you can clearly see that chewkw is, as usual, talking bollocks.

Oakshit says her life is private and shouldn't be in the limelight something to do with a brexiteer who left his wife for her , but oddly is a mucka of farage, now the Met are looking into it.

Odd that.

Leaker ID'd, just trying to build a case now, according to Sunday times

Met bluffing ?

Someone is going to be crapping it, either way.

I think the plan is to appoint Farage as the next ambassador and Boris will continue to develop a relationship with the Brexit party.

Well it turns out that Brexit party chairmain Tice is having an affair with Oakshit, the journo who wrote the Mail on Sunday piece. Odd that Tice was all over the interview studios on the week that the leak broke. Odd that Carole Cadwalladr who revealed the dodgy nature of Cambridge Analytica and tangled with Oakshit on the Marr show is now being sued by Banks. All a very nasty tangle of money and interests.

CNN 👈 😂
Just like ALL the politicians the media is partisan with their own agenda. They hate those that do not align with their agenda or ideology. The moment one of their "own" got caught out they would spring to their defence and as always the sophisticated propaganda machine trying to influence. 😆

Reading it you can clearly see that chewkw is, as usual, talking bollocks.

Darroch got caught backstabbing the American alliance with his own biased views. 😆

Moreover, they said, Darroch was only echoing assessments they hear from both sides of the aisle in Congress and staff inside the White House -- views reflected on TV and in newspapers almost every day.

"The important thing to say is that Ambassador Darroch was not reporting his personal views, he was reporting what people were saying in Washington," said a European official familiar with Washington. "He was reporting things that were being said fairly openly by many Americans in Washington, including on both sides of the political divide.

C'mon ... is this bloke Darroch assessing the situation based on hearsay? Even if it is hearsay, I mean does he know how to write in a diplomatic language without causing a stir or was it a deliberate action? Crikey. 🙄

That Steven Edginton story sounds as dodgy as anything. How has a 19 year old got such a valuable source of sensitive information? Why would someone trust releasing it to someone so young?

Basically a freelance untrained journalist with impeccable sources, who appears surprisingly happy to talk about it. He appears to be a graduate of 'Farage Academy, Brexitland' as well. And apparently the information was read out to him down the phone. So the Mail Newsdesk was happy to run a story of that magnitude based solely on the say-so of this spotty youth with no documentary evidence. Seems legit.

Blaming the work experience boy, Isobel?

He wrote in the Mail on Sunday that he has 'a large number of Whitehall sources, including both retired and current civil servants'.

He does have a rent boy look about him...

Don’t be obtuse, Darroch is stating what he’s been hearing directly from people within the US government who, as ambassador, he has direct contact with, and as I pointed out above, he’s not alone in his assessments, ambassadors of other countries are saying exactly the same.
The private cable was deliberately and maliciously released by someone in our government out to cause a shit-storm.
But I’m sure you’ll misquote what I’ve just posted, in order to suit your agenda as Agent Orange’s UK promoter. 🙄
