Friday beer garbage thread. 🙂

Just starting to watch CHL, so that's where my fickle vote is going now, but I love all three....

(also, am I missing any others of a similar vein?)

No. What we've got here is an impossible choice!

Choose between the Sting and Great Escape?

Next you'll be telling me I can't keep Kelly's Heroes in there as well....

Oh and in the Great Escape, I'm always hopeful he'll make the jump on the second barb wire fence, even though I've seen it a dozen times.

Anyone else do that 'lifting out of the chair' thing to try and help him over?

Of the three you've chosen ,The Great Escape coz Steve is in it.
I'm partial to old black n white British films ,Sailor Beware,Whisky Galore etc
The dafter the better, but not Norman wisdom!!
London live or TV or something,a freeview channel ,are showing loads of old Ealing films at the moment .
Record and skip ads,bliss.

All of the above have something in common to me... not quite sure what it is ... Era ? ... Heist/Con story line ?? Or is it the plucky loser/winner characters???

Maybe it's the Bromance of the lead characters that appeals so much ?
