What have you got?
For me it's this.

This is actually a question on the British Citizenship Test. If you get the answer wrong you are sent to Rwanda.
Fraser: Clown therepy episode.
Most of Father Ted and The IT Crowd.
I cannot remember the Vic's tattoo but that is brilliant.
I am not sure about a favourite moment, maybe Mrs Doyle being escorted from the living room by father Ted whilst she is coming out with filth and they are both clearly in hysterics at the end
This is another vic and bob one, very simple and silly but it makes me laugh every time.
"Try getting it in without a spit"
the scene is ruddy funny, but the outtakes are even better....
As above, most of Father Ted/Only Fools ("you said it was a 24hr tip Trigger?" etc)/Fawlty Towers/Blackadder etc.
Think the crowning glory though was Bob Mortimer and his team mates doing the Rosalind song on Taskmaster.
The 8 out of 10 cat poem is v.funny.
I remember laughing uncontrollably at the Bottom episode "Gas"
Or
I have a bit of a tin ear especially for US comedy, but Father Ted gets me every time, i think it's because as its height, i was a student working in an irish pub, and we used to watch it on big screen after work, and the irish lads explained how daring and close to the bone some of it was.
We're currently finding Ted Lasso rather excellent and it stands up to multiple viewings. There are a lot of brilliant jokes in there that they don't point out, make obvious or expect immediate recognition for. Clever little throw away word plays that have had me howling and rewinding for the Mrs.
Mrs Merton and the lovely Debbie McGee
It's up there with Del Boy and the bar but I can't link it here for obvious reasons, Sean Locke on Countdown when Rachel dresses up as a viking.
The rake scene in The Simpsons "Cape Feare" episode. I had to pause the show as I could no longer see.
It's 30 minutes long but
https://www.dailymotion.com/video/x7vyl0i
The internet chatrooms bit is just perfectiion
Also pretty much anything with Frankie Boyle on buzzcocks
Favourite IT Crowd episode: "The Haunting of Bill Krause".
Blimey, I never knew Frankie Boyle presented a series of Buzzcocks!
Some of the “but before I go…” speeches on New World Order had me hysterical. One where he listed a load of bizarre sexual positions in particular. Genius.
but I can’t link it here for obvious reasons
That's a shame 🙁
but I can’t link it here for obvious reasons
Has to be one of the best one-liners ever.
Just look on YouTube for any Sean Locke stuff from 8 out of 10 Cats does Countdown...hard to top it.

What, with these feet?
They're is no one thing, but the criminally underrated Black Books provides many.
The rake scene in The Simpsons “Cape Feare” episode. I had to pause the show as I could no longer see.
Oh yes, I don't think I have laughed so much since seeing this.
@martinhutch, another episode in the just incredibly bizarre careers of Adam and Joe
desperatebicycle
Free MemberBlimey, I never knew Frankie Boyle presented a series of Buzzcocks!
Just occasional guesting, as he put it "once a year I come on and ruin it for everyone"
If we're including radio, then the whole of Cabin Pressure, Humph on ISIHAC and Julian and Sandy on Round The Horne.
The first Radio 4 series of The League Of Gentlemen was far, far better than the TV show.
Ed Reardon was so sharp.
Until I turned into Ed Reardon.
Early Kenny Everett.
Barry Humphries on Parky.
Oh, and Spine Millington putting a paper bag on his head and hopping toward the camera whilst playing the trumpet.
Nonce-sense
Cake - it’s a made up drug
and who can forget Bombdogs with Eugene Fraxby
No love for Alan Partridge?
I can't really decide which moment but if had to choose one it would be 'put the boys back in the barracks'
As others say, series like father ted with the Chinese, or the lingerie section, or thff egg plane, so many. Same with IT crowd, gay the musical, the religious folk being shown round, countdown and so on, a generation before and you have only fools and all the classics, and many more great series.
I find we do a lot of good stuff that is short lived, same with Frankie Boyle on bbc, he has the Richard Hammond and Rebecca adlington jokes, a few others and then it was watered down.
Green Wing - Dr Statham self-administering a hot coffee enema
Clinton baptiste,
"I'm getting the word nonce"
Or many others from phoenix nights.
Thanks - I really needed a good laugh 👍
Mr Chinnery.
No love for Alan Partridge?
"Would it be terribly rude to stop listening to you and speak to somebody else?"
All of Green Wing.
If we’re including radio, then the whole of Cabin Pressure,
John Finemore’s sketch shows too. I just don’t understand why he’s not better known.
A couple of recent Kiwi shows, Wellington Paranormal and The Educators are well worth tracking down.
i really cannot explain why I find this so funny:
but I do.
I don't want top-up, I want stays up:
How about of a bit of superbly observed satire. Classic
BBC iplayer have just put on a couple of absolute gems that sort of went under the raider. Nighty Night and Early Doors, both of which are absolutely bloody brilliant!
However, the best comedy ever made, by a country mile, is Peep Show which is just the work of unbridled genius
No love for Alan Partridge?
Don’t sit down Lynn, these are sex people
Reeves and Mortimer can be totally hit or miss, and i don't think anyone can explain which is which. Least of all them.
Another couple that nearly killed me at the time.
and not TV but the ongoing Roy Hodgson / Warhammer story from Athletico Mince
You can't pick the funniest. Loads already. But something from this decade...
Friday's night dinners, mainly for the late great Paul Ritter. There is no filler. Won't post a clip because you need the whole episode for the buildup
What we do in the shadows TV show is strong in casting and again very little filler
I will always love still game though.
Rich Fulcher cracks me up.
I loved the Snuff Box series which I think went under the radar when it was released.
This art gallery scene always makes me titter.

Yes, brilliant. The slow build to excruciatingly delivery of the final scene, just fabulous.
Dead fox in the freezer is my favourite, although "do you know how many people I had working for me?" still cracks me up.
As a country we may be on the scrapheap but we do have the best comedy in the world, don't we?
I'm going to post a compilation of clips, and anyone that doesn't like it is a slanderer.
As a country we may be on the scrapheap but we do have the best comedy in the world, don’t we?
Hmm I really don't know. There is a lot of great comedy.
For eg
French - A very secret service
American - Parks and Recreation, Brooklyn 99
Danish - Norsemen
Multi national- What we do in the shadows*
Canadian - Schitts Creek
*I think Netflix etc has made a real improvement of mixing comedic stylings to make some great shows.
We also have some seriously shit comedy to bring down our average:
Mrs Browns boys
Fawlty towers
Etc
WWDITS makes me lol but I'm in the minority I think
Probably my favourite ever sketch, so simple but genius at the same time:
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=Y1DWJQkOJew
That is a great sketch.
Similar theme
If not this
It's probably this
This still makes me laugh - KL ON Kelly's tits

Yep. without a doubt.
The wife's favourite one is the cuddle jumper on "Would I Lie To You"
Mine as a kid was the The Young Ones where Neil gets a cold and Vivian tries to help him.
My favourite comedy programme from the last few years has been Man Down. Especially the scenes with Rick Mayal.
I love the scene in Alan Partridge where he goes nicking cones with the porter from the hotel.
Gimmie gimmie gimmie was excellent also, especially the line about the ventriloquist.

Also found Big Train a hoot at the time but rewatched and not so much. But some great ideas. The Tyrant at Home could be updated to Putin hoovering.
If not this
I do like a bit of Rab C Nesbitt.
I remember a scene, watching back on my old 12" B&W portable, Rab barrels in to find a sheep up to mischief. He points at it and bellows, "right then ye, ye are a ****in RUG!" It was all in McGregor's delivery of course but I lost the plot, I was howling.
Chewin the fat..
My favourite Armstrong & Miller sketch is the one with Byron, Shelley, etc., back at the chateau to share their stories. Apologies over it being a link (its no longer on Youtube):
Mine is a tale of an enchanted beast…
First time I watched it I literally fell off the sofa laughing so much…
I was also partial to the Trailer Park Boys Space Weed…. (Great decnals)
Fast Show. There are many gems on here but I still often quote this one at random!
And of course
Just seen this for the first time. And its vaguely topical. This Morning content...
show me the age profile of the forum without telling me how old you are...
Also found Big Train a hoot at the time but rewatched and not so much
Lots doesn't stand the test of time, but for some reason Nightingale and Alfred Hitchcock's "The working Classes" are still pretty funny
Any of the RAF pilots sketches from The Armstrong and Miller Show were brilliant, especially if you work with teenagers or have children who speak like them.
