They had their moment. It was a good moment. We all enjoyed it. They enjoyed it perhaps a little too much (sniff).

I can't say that the world is eagerly awaiting their all-conquering comeback though.

Barbarian is rather excellent.

They're a good old fashioned band, still belting out some great rock. See also Inglorious and Wayward Sons if that's your thang.

The Killers seem to have turned into the old Darkness.

After Justin left they formed a band called the Stone Gods until they reformed as the Darkness again. Some old fashioned rock there as well

Unfortunately, they're not in the same league as Kasabian or Ocean Colour Scene.

Nothing more than a novelty act: They were awful the first time around, and we don't need to be reminded.

I always thought they were a parody of some sort, an early 2000 version of Spinal Tap - did not realise they meant it!

I saw them supporting someone, justin hawkins rode an albino tiger round the stage on a crane while doing a solo, how much more rock and roll could that be?

Well, his guitar cut out partway through, so he went no! Not rock and roll enough! And reversed the tiger back around the stage while doing another solo. It was awesome tbh.

They're kind of both- a knowing wink and a silly reference, but also a real band. If Def Leppard became self aware basically

I like them because you aren't supposed to take them seriously.

A less foul mouthed Steel Panther 😉

Awesome, fun band: great tunes with some clever lyrics (growing on me), huge amounts of fun, superb musicians and all served with a tongue firmly in cheek.

They made a Christmas song and very nearly managed to shoe horn 'bell end' in. Didn't quite work but good effort.

Looks like they were staying at the new drummer's dad's place. Friends live across the road from him.

I was at Download this year and Steel Panther played so tight. Superb musical ability.

They need the top slot soon. 😀

Saw them a few years ago at Download, think it was the year they got back together, was hoping to see the brothers start punching each other. They were entertaining, getting the crowd to emulate his high pitched "Rock'n'Roll mother fu k rs" was my que to move on

I've seen them at Wembley arena, the tent at Download when they were the "secret" act, then Southampton Guildhall a couple of years ago on my birthday. Highly entertaining every time.

Getting the 12 year old girl on stage to sit next to Justin at the piano during Friday Night was a little disturbing, but I think it was Justin himself who said "this is all going a bit Rolf Harris".
