....was at about 2pm today when a nice lady phoned me up to say my interview had been successful and I'd got the job!!!
If the CRB check is ok (can't see why not) then I will be an government employee in the next 6 weeks. So glad to be out of retail!!

Better the government than my current job. Bit of a nightmare really at the moment, but not in any fear of losing it. Its a change of career in a big way and its what I did at university.
Plus I get a company car eventually. Sweeeeeeeeeet.
