I used to run a Northern Soul club in Kings Cross late 80s/early 90s, the other guys always used to finish with Jimmy Radcliffe...

Me I always finished with this:

Always had loads more people on the floor...

Nutters!

There are so many excellent songs on here yet you never hear them on the radio.
I know radio2 and 6 play some. Is there an internet station?

nsaints - cracking! Scouse Tony was sh*t tho.

Elaine Constantine is in the process of finishing a film which looks jolly good so far, simply called Northern Soul - The Film.

It's all old but it's very very good.

@ Cobblers
I was a regular at Leyton Buzzard! - was with the Oxford crowd (Bricky(RIP), Dave Lowe, etc)
Mark Bicknell played my slow intro copy of Frankie and the Classicals one anniversary as I recall

Roy Roberts - had that one & bought the Ivories off Mark Bicknell along with 'Don't pity me - Joannie Sommers'

'Soul Joe Clements - Ever, Ever' is one my sounds from 'Buzzard'
Can't youtube link it as I'm at work 🙁

happy days 🙂
