Lets ignore why there's a bottle of Chenin Blanc in the freezer and discuss the value of imbibing it after it has thawed...
What could possibly go wrong.
Edit: It has to get used for something it's actually quite a nice drop.
Risotto?
All of it? I suppose I can practice my sauces...
I have done the same on a number of occasions, from memory it tastes ok but maybe a bit watery, you won't die.
It'll be fine. Nothing has got in or out of the bottle, so it can't go anymore watery than it was.
Could you not freeze distill it into some sort of mega wine?
It's alright northwind, the sauternes in the fridge ticks the megawine box.
Defrosted wine in "tastes like wine with a bit of taste frozen out" shocker.
