Got diagnosed about 4 weeks ago. It's got a lot better as I had been suffering on the Bike but its fine now so it must be getting better.
Thing is I want to get back to the Gym to do some Weights and wondered if anyone could recommend any good elbow supports or straps so I don't damage the tendons

Forget about a brace or support. Just take it canny and dont wind it up/build up your gym stuff gradually.
I did try a support not convinced really
You just need to accept that in the first instance all you are doing is rehabilating your injury. A support might mean everthing else can do more but surely the priority is getting your elbow back upto strength. S0 start gentlt., possibly at home with very light weights
