Ease of use,merit and value? I have just got Nike running shoes this time and they take the sensor. I usually run with an Ipod anyway so was wondering if anybody rated them.
I've got one of those replacement nanos, which has this built in to it (no need for the sensor). Used it yesterday and I quite liked it, it'll tell you (as in speak to you in the earphones) how far you've gone, for how long and at what pace at the push of a button.
Of course it'll record everything and you can upload your runs to a website to chart your progress (though I've not worked out how that happens yet)
Dead easy to use - set it going in three taps. Yesterday's run (don't take the piss, I'm new to it!)
