a agency i work for has not sent me this vital information so i can claim my tax back. what can i do? i keep ringing and everytime thay say thay will send it should be with e within a few days. i have done a lot of google serching and cant really get anywear. other than by law thay have to give it me. so how can this law be enforced? im stuck and owed a fair bit of money

Can't you self assess and just use your monthly pay slips for info?
i sent hmrc all my pay slips but i did the work for hc recruitment name on pay slips and thay have "merged" with assist recruitment, assist have notified the hmrc claiming i have worked for them because i have worked for hc, althoguht assist contacted them thay dident bother to mention thay are hc recruitment (this way my slips would of made snese to hmrc) and dident tell them how much i have earned
