Planning our epic Euro-Roadtrip this summer and looking into breakdown cover.
I already have UK 'Relay' cover via my Bank account with the AA, but they really don't seem one of the cheapest.
A quick online quote and it looks like about £155 for full cover and you need to add a further £92 to add cover up to £500 for parts and labour etc..
However, wrongly or rightly, I have come to trust the AA over the years.
Has anyone had any actual USE out of their policy in Europe?
Experiences? Tips?
My car is a 2002 Berlingo incidentally, 3 of us travelling.
Yes used AA and was glad I paid for the parts and labour as the turbo went on my VW T5 when in Germany last year .
back on the road in 1 day with a new turbo fitted .
Paid for a full years continental cover and it didnt cost that much then
Phone them up as got a discount when I phoned
Yeah I'm guessing if I ring them it may be better, still seems pricey though...
There's usually quite large rebates with Top Cash Back so check it through them first
Has anyone used the cover provided by Eurotunnel?
