I'd like to improve the quality of the photos I take. I do a bit of everything from landscapes to action shots. I understand the basic physics, but I need inspiration re composition, lighting etc.
Any books / blogs / websites / tutorials worth a look?

This one is more biased towards film photography but is an excellent guide to the underlying principles and techniques.

It focuses on composition and understanding the effect of patterns, shapes, colours etc. I found it pretty interesting as I [i]get[/i] the technical aspect of photography but struggle to compose interesting shots.
