I'm partial to a portion of chips and mushy peas - as a complete meal (salt, vinegar and brown sauce as essential accompaniment not withstanding) - fussy vegan* so not much on the menu for the 'showpiece' and chips are awesome regardless. Whilst that's doesn't really represent a nutritional complete meal - it's a meal from a chippy, so you're ****ed anyhow on that score.
Small chips - probably enough calories/damage, but doesn't really hit the spot.
Large chips - often enough to feel a bit sick, but it's the law to eat them all so what you gonna do?
* So wish chippies that like to stick with their frying in beef dripping traditions would make a song and dance about it so you didn't have to ask.....no one likes a fussy eater in a chippy so it gets you off on the wrong footing. And you meat eaters must be into it or they wouldn't bother so you'd have thought it would be good for marketing. For reasons that make little sense I'm ok with my chips being fried in the same veg oil as the fish and other flesh derivatives, but fried in beef dripping is crossing my ike line.

I always order a mahoosive (mighty meaty with added doner meat) pizza from our local place knowing there’s no way I’ll finish it, so that’s tomorrow’s breakfast sorted 🙂

I used to eat blood clam raw in bucket load. Love them.
But very toxic to the body as I found out because I started getting serious pimples on my back after one week. Took several years to neutralise the toxic.
