Can any of you lot recommend somewhere in any of the above areas that will do this for a reasonable price?

Pretty much any place could do it, it’s whether they will, without saying it has to be sent back to TAG and pressure tested.

I don't know if it's still there, but Watch Workshop / Timpson on Eastcheap next to Monument tube used to do all makes and pressure test on site.
