Does anyone have any experience of distilling with either the Turbo T500 or an AirStill?
Visiting LoveBrewing in Chesterfield Saturday and thinking of treating myself

Have used the alembic dome with a grainfather (basically the T500) set up.
It's very good, makes a nice *essential oil*.
Costs more and is bulkier.
I think the issue with airstill is you can't make very much in one go so need to do quite a few batches?
It is cheaper and smaller though
