I am due to change jobs shortly and will therefore be using a new work email address (probably two addresses, one of which will be shared and needs to be visible to another employee). These are run through an Exchange account, and I have used Microsoft Outlook for this in the past, which I am comfortable with.
I also have a personal email address and another one I use for a voluntary position I hold.
Ideally I would like access to all of these to be available through one dashboard on my personal Macbook and iPad, with the ability to hide email addresses when I don't want to be bothered by them (eg work emails at home / on holiday).
Will Outlook 365 do this for me? Are there any other obvious options available? I am thinking of ditching my gmail address to use iCloud instead, as I don't particularly like the way gmail is set up, but perhaps by using something like Outlook I would get around this.
The other element is that I would like to be able to share certain calendars with Mrs P easily.
Any suggestions on how best to pull all of this together greatly appreciated!
