I think I have this on both knees courtesy of my kneepads. Is this quite common?

The pads are 661 veggie.

I tried to post a pic but have had USB failure.

The rash is made up of pin prick size bright red dots following the outline of my pads.

Dont wear knee pads.
Those 661 pads are shit aswell.

Floof rash cream will clear it up.
Chances are it's fungal.

Can't say, but it could be fungal, especially if you've not been washing the pads. How long has it been there? Is it getting worse?

Rash erupted yesterday (hence airport closures hoho).

Pads are brand new.

Hmm. Keep an eye on it then. Could still be fungal but that'd strike me as odd unless there's a pre-existing issue, for it to develop the same on both knees. (no, not a doctor, just speaking from experience)
