On interval timing can I make the countdown numbers the big numbers in the middle?
Can I lose all that " how do you feel" nonsense after some exercise?
Can I go straight to the clock when doing exercise?

Spartan trainer here. Never seen an option for the how do you feel. You don't have to choose though just click back. It then goes to the saved screen (which I think times out back to the watch after a while).

Screens can be altered in the app. Click the watch then sports mode customisation I think. Watch needs to be connected.

you can make custom exercise modes in the phone app, which you can choose what is shown on the in exercise displays - i.e. none of the standard modes seemed to show the actual time, so i added that onto the first screen of my custom mtb mode. haven't played a whole lot with it, but it may do what you want. No idea about getting rid of the how do you feel thing unfortunately

I’ve managed to set the screen up on the app how I’d like it on my phone.
When I go to my custom sport mode the numbers are in the default position. Any ideas what I’m doing wrong?
Can I set my watch up using the cable and my Mac book? When the watch is connected the only option I have is to wipe it.
