All was well.... then one day when I started the "exercise" it didn't search for the Heart Rate Belt (the bit where you can deselect it by saying "later").
On Movescount you can select which devices it searches for and heart rate monitor is definitely selected. I added a foot pod and that synchronised ok and showed up and tried to search for foot pod only, then gps, but no heart rate belt...
I deselected, synchronised..... reselected,synchronised.. and nothing
Can't find the issue on the net.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Mine gets upset if the heart rate strap has been connected to my phone. Turning the phone Bluetooth off temporarily fixes it
batteries dead in the belt ?
Have you tried to re-pair the HR belt? That normally works.
If that doesn't work, then hold all 5 buttons in for approx. 10 seconds for a full reset. After that pair HR belt again and it should work.

Bluetooth on phone is off. I'll remove movescount from phone too.
Batteries dead... it shouldn't make the watch not look for it. I'll try a mates strap.
I'll repair later and a full reset sounds good if that doesn't work.
