I’m trying to get back in shape and have a pair of suspension trainer straps (jungle gym XT). Unfortunately I can’t use them in the house and was thinking of building some kind of frame in the garden. I have wall mounts, but these will restrict the exercises I can perform as the usuable angles are limited.
The problem is that I’m clueless with this sort of thing. Would wood be best? Two vertical pieces and one horizontal? What’s the best way to attach them together, stabilise them and ensure they can hold my weight? Help, advice or ripping me for my lack of skills and knowledge appreciated.
