Any recommendations for a Surveyor in the Surrey/Hamshire region?

I have used the same surveyor twice now in kt2 but he only does it where there there's no mortgage involved, suppose it's due to litigation.
If this helps pm me & I'll ask him if he can do it, he's v good btw

I know a very good historical & listed buildings surveyor, based in Petersfield.
Excuse my ignorance - not bought a house that often!

A mate used Vospers in Farnham. He was happy with them.
You might find you have to use someone on your mortgage provider's panel though.
