Today I hit play on my spotify then tucked under a couple of layers, got on my bike and headed off.

I'll make no apologies for enjoying every single second of Hot Chocolates back catalogue while gurning up hills.

Not I beleive in miracles that got sacked off immediately.

I went out the other day and got very cold and soaked through. Came back home to some hot chocolate. With brandy.

Post rude? Me and the OH usually cuddle and fall asleep. I don't really fancy a hot chocolate after that.

Post ride I'd opt for a hot chocolate and rum.

The first two Oasis albums. Everything is around 90bpm so I find myself pedalling to the rhythm.

Yeah, pretty sure it was the solid rythmn section that was doing it for me.

I've had Danny Howard's Friday night show on the BBC sounds app since lockdown started.

Hes pretty cheerful, the music is all uptempo dance stuff and it gives a bit of the Friday night party vibe.

There was some 134bpm old school rave stuff on one I was listening slogging up a steep slippy climb yesterday. Made me get a shift on : )

On a non hot chocolate tip. I can vouch for the Fatboy Slim Lockdown mixes from earlier this year on Mixcloud.
