The thought of putting on a winter wetsuit in a cold damp car park has got me pondering a trip somewhere a bit warming to catch some waves. I hear good things about Morocco and the forecast for Taghazout this week looks way nice than Croyde. Anyone been? Any hints and tips on booking a trip?

A couple of mates went about 7 or 8 years ago. They loved it.

Go. I used to regularly winter there for windsurfing and kiting.

If you are going last minute and only for a week prob best to book with one of the camps. I've not been to any of them, when I went back in the day I don't think there were any. However I have heard great things about Moroccan Surf Adventures, I vaguely know the guy who set it up and he's a nice bloke too.

Got to be better than the endless NW’lys. New board nearly 2 months ago and one crap surf since.

The girlfriend's sister's husband handles the bookings for surfmaroc.com and they both worked there for ages. They both love it and keep nagging us to visit ourselves. If you have any questions I can put them to him or just put you in touch with him directly.
