Tell me about them! They look great fun. Twobarefeet have them for £70 - bargain.

For us normal joes are the Smoothstar super loose style struck too much to handle on a pumptrack/little bole?

I prefer my ripstik, but I ride Son1's surf skate too. Nothing serious - I don't bounce. They are more fun than a normal skateboard for sure.

I taught both sons to ride a ripstik when I was 45. I'm the only one still riding them!

Been watching progression vids tonight.

Maybe it's because the wheels don't leave the ground that progression looks pretty fast. A heck of a lot easier that park skating.

I try those ripsticks every time in in Decathlon. I get down a aisle at best.

Surf skate board ordered.

I showed my 8yo daughter this video, she said, "that's not cool, Dad, she's just dancing. Can we go to the Skills Park?"

I've got one of the decathlon ones, bought it in the summer, lots of fun on a tarmac pump track and small local skatepark but not getting a lot of use now its cold and wet. I can pump it pretty well, up gentle gradients, but not good at sliding it yet
