Few coffees, read of the paper, out on the bike for 2 hoursish, putting skirting boards on at last, only taken me a year to get round to it. Listening to above tunes.

I'm like a broken record these days. I've been in bed all day so far. Cancelled a walk with a friend and currently lying here with the curtains closed.
