Not sure if this will work but hopefully will.

Just need to get a CD or 12 tracks or so of rock metal.

Here's the plan.

I'll post the first song and artist next person copies previous artist name, adds their track.

So:

1. Know your enemy Rage Against The Machine
2.

I agree about the 6 CD box set.

If we move onto CD 2 then perhaps limited to a single post per user per CD?

What about my Van Halen ?

It's there! But bumped to track 8. It never would have worked at 6.

EDIT - Your edit makes my post look silly. No MJ for you.

Is dirty love a cover of the Zappa track?

Nope. It's just good old fashioned, back to the stack, rifftastic, balls out rock and roll!

Thusly;

(I was there! My hands are probably in the vid somewhere!)
Earlier post had the Hammersmith 2015 one, which was superb, but the vid/sound quality wasn't up to it.

Danny can't dance, but what a set of pipes that man has!

Sad to hear. I think it's shaping up pretty well! War Pigs is superb (Good Faith No More cover on Live at Brixton). Modern Day Cowboy is ace! (Are we doing the studio version or the one from Five Man Acoustical Jam, by the way?) That Royal Blood track is a great choice. Innovative, interesting new band. Second album is promising!

Shall we not criticise others choice, for a change.

It'll be terribly difficult I know, but this thread should be a good listing of Rock music that some of us actually have never heard of .. (QOTSA for instance, I couldn't name one track by them and I'm not a fan of the one posted but hey.. it's LOUD and it Rocks)

OK. Time for something newer....

Highway Song by Greta Van Fleet.

Get on it. Now! It's as if Robert Plant was reborn and fronting one hell of a band! These guys are young, and part of a new wave of proper rock music that's kicking around!
