Top Draw all.

Accidentally drank a full bottle of red and 2x strong beers.

Nevermind rather be hungover on works time than mine.

Have a great xmas

Sorry to disappear, had a restless child and when I lie down next to her someone always falls asleep very quickly ( not her). Got half way through answers and pretty sure I wasnt winning anything anyway! Good rounds tho, except maybe yeah that "Africa" one ...

Oh come on, at last I said "which of the labelled countries is XXXX" rather than "which country is this" 😀

glad you enjoyed it. Strong perfomances all round with scores ranging from 38 to 59 out of a possible 77 - and those under 40 missed rounds due to external issues

Looking forward to participating in the next one from Dunc

Round 1: who pissed in my bed?...

Well the countries round was the only one I actually did any good on, so thanks for including it. Great quiz with some tough questions. Good to see the results were pretty uniform. Great to chat to all you weirdos. Here's to the next one

Sorry I dropped off it half way through. Had a phone call and that started getting into details of Christmas plans and all sorts.

Nice to see everyone at the start anyway. 🙂

@augustuswindsock I was only joking, Dunc has already volunteered to do the next quiz and Cougar the one after that. If you want to write a quiz though then all are welcome. We could even try to make it (bi-)monthly or something?

Did you actually collect scores? It just sort of ended and we all started talking bollocks.

Well, I say started. "Continued" is probably a more accurate word.

I got 53 I think.

We could even try to make it (bi-)monthly or something?

You know, I think that's a decent aim but I wouldn't like to commit to it. As soon as it becomes something we have to do it leeches all the fun out of it.

Oh, and,

If you want to write a quiz though then all are welcome.

All of the This. Everything else aside, it's less work for every bugger else. 😁 So if you think you've got a quiz in you then pipe up and I'll send you an invite to the Souper Seekrit STW Quiz Team WhatsApp Group That Probably Needs A Snappier Name.

Spontaneity and irregularity to me is half the fun and hopefully pulls different people in who are not wanting to commit anything or seeing a clash with other things.

I have an oven ready Zoom quiz I did for our local group. It would work well for the STW crew, though I would have to modify the "Sheep breeds and illnesses" round 🙂

Guys, we've got number 7.

Spontaneity and irregularity to me is half the fun

Yeah, this is, eh, there is a method in my absence of a method. Eg, we could readily do "last Friday of the month" quizzes but that would 100% knacker anyone who simply can't do Fridays. By flinging it around a bit my hope is that it's ultimately more inclusive long-form. If you can't make this one then fine, maybe you can do the next.

Also, people are demonstrably $%^&ing useless and would be late for their own funerals. (-:

another vote for a sheep round. Mrs NBT is half welsh I swear, she keeps pointing at sheep and saying how lovely they look. She's good on breeds and even some crosses too

Very good Duncan :o)

Oh yes, I'm a very sad sheep lover.
We have a lot of sheep near us and tupping season has come to an end now, but poor farmers must be fed up with this 'weird', woman on a tandem asking them what breeds are they 'crossing' with.
nbt just likes the 'end product'.
