Right, I was off last week, thanks to those that got their Week 2 results to me anyway. I've entered them in to the master computer.

We're now on Week 3, so get your results to me via mail by Tuesday Midday.

A reminder of The Rules:

1) Get your results to me via mail by Tuesday Midday. I'll then aim to update the master computer with the results on the Tuesday afternoon or evening.

2) If you miss the Tuesday midday cutoff but get the mail to me before I start to pull it all together, I'll include your results if I'm feeling nice, but there's no guarantee.

3) If you get missed out of the results for two weeks on the bounce, you're out*.

* This week only there'll be a temporary lifting of Rule 3, as I was away last week.

Is it FitFat or FatFit? It's an important distinction.

Going on many of the numbers I'm plugging into the Master Computer, it's FatFat 😉

Final Tuesday morning bump.

Are there any week two results?

I've got them from those that sent them in, I'll publish them when I do the Week 3 ones.

great - my week three is abysmal as I've a cough but I did force myself to get out for a slow run on Sunday night (which nearly killed me)

Week 2 winner for both weekly loss and total loss is Sunday Wobbler

Week 3 weekly winner is wittonweavers, with Sunday Wobbler holding on to the total loss crown still. I seem to have gained weight on a skiing holiday 🙁

On the naughty list for being booted out of the club if no results next week:

cubist
Hora
mike_p
spudface
thekingisdead
toys19
TPTcruiser
Aazlad

Don't worry I also gained 1.5kg on my skiing holiday last week. I thought that skiing holidays were supposed to be calorie neutral!

Wooo and a Hooo!! Total loss winner 😀 Go me 😆

MFP and getting my lazy (slightly slimmer) ar$e back on a bike rather a lot have been the two things that seem to have made the difference for me. I have no idea on how long I'll be able to keep this up though? Got to start seeing it plateau at some point in the very near future I would think.

@sundaywobbler - keep exercising and stick to a reduced food intake and there is no reason why you should plateau yet. Plenty of water will help too.

Nice one on the weight front but i'm having the 'most weight loss' title next week...

Well I'll keep sticking with it and see what happens, as you say it should keep going for a bit longer.

I reckon this week could be a bit of a downfall for me, got a works leaving do on Fri (all the girls from HR will be there 😉 ) and a good friends 40th on Sat will scupper any chances I had this week!

Back on the wagon next week though, it's quite pleasant waking up with no hangover every week!
