Took my mum shopping Fri even and had some Chinese after, nothing complex' foo young with curry and chips.

Felt sick about an hour later. Although I'm not sure if the Chinese and poorly are in any way related.

Siunce then I've had stomach cramps and stabbing pain for 3 days. Keeping me wake at night. I've eaten food but I just can't face it now.

Feel coinstsntly sick but not actually puked

I had something similar many years ago. My appendix ruptured after three days.
I'm not a doctor though 🙂

Yup..

Had the same thing last year..

The wife said it was trapped wind and I should MTFU.

I spent the next 10days in hospital after collapsing in the Drs' Waiting room.

My Gallbaldder was borked.. and subsequently removed.

I'm with Teetosugars as I've also had pancreatitus caused by gall stones.
Given that you're able to type though it may not be.
Obviously go to a doctors but if the pain gets very intense just go to A&E as my GP thought I had gastric reflux. 😡

Have you had a high temperature?

Have you projectile vom'ed?

Both appendicitis and pancreatitis are potentially life threatening.

See someone sooner rather than later.

No temperature. No vomiting. Lots down the other end though.

I do feel like a good puke would help, but don't want to do the old fingers in mouth jobbie.

Often feels like when you're hungry and you have juices squirting about etc.

Will see how I am by tomorrow as the wife isn't about and I have my 4 year old. Its not hideous pain, but like massive constant hunger pangs

Pancreatitus would have you doubled up in pain. If it's able to keep you awake at night and is still going tomorrow I'd get to A&E, going to the GP only takes longer.
I'm not a doctor but would like to be paid like one.

Ive had that norovirus 3 times in the past few months and I never get stomach bugs. Its been less severe each time with the last time sounding just like your symptoms.

probably bad cat aids.
I'm not a doctor, or a vet, or a dog... but I could probably be all three.
