Just thought I would report that some url's with odd characters in them like this one do not work for me using some browsers over some networks. I get this

I don't actually know what is causing the problem as the URL's appear to be encoding all the non permitted charachters in UTF-8 as per RFC3986
A different bug, I think if one tries to create a topic with exactly the same name as a previous topic this returns an unfriendly error, would be good to have a catch which sends user to a prompt to change their title name, or look at/post in the existing thread instead of posting a new one.
It might help to list the browsers and networks affected. I'm guessing external to the UK?some browsers over some networks
It usually just appends a counter. I've not seen any related errorI think if one tries to create a topic with exactly the same name as a previous topic this returns an unfriendly error

Unless you've an example of the same URL syntax working on a different website to prove otherwise I'd say that's a browser bug rather than a STW bug.
that's a browser bug rather than a STW bug
Agreed - the URL is properly encoded in the HTML. If the browser can't follow it then it's a browser bug.
Oops, it looks like I've got this one a bit wrong so sorry about that.
First one is repeatable but on Android "Internet" ver. 5.70.7 on Singapore mobile network, maybe this problem is quite unique to just me.
2nd one I thought I had this problem a while ago but looks like I was imagining it, the thought did occur to double check it but I didn't want to risk spamming the forum with a test thread.
