...I've been thinking of buying an airbrush and compressor, but my first reaction upon googling was "how much?".

What are my chances of finding something reliable and perfect for a newbie for under £100?

Pretty good I would say. It's tricky, time consuming and requires practice and discipline to get proficient at copying flames, skulls and half naked ladies so there's bound to be lots available second hand.

Given that I have a very dowdy looking matt black Stumpjumper, I couldn't resist a little wry grin at the thought of someone airbrushing some sort of Grateful Dead tribute. 🙂
