Only 11, but it would have been 5 points higher a month ago!

Why dont they make the test more efficient and just ask "Are you stressed".

What a bobbins little questionnaire.

we had a much simpler test this morning when mrs antigee pointed out that the cistern filler that i'd just replaced was far too noisy and why didn't i get a plumber to do it
this was 2 minutes after she had arrived home from a run whilst i was stuck with my head in the washing pulling out 3rd load having cleaned out guinea pigs, sorted kids etc etc etc = my score was exceptionally high

Me too. I reckon I could have scored zero if I'd tried harder, but I couldn't be bothered. Relaxed? Me? Nooooo.... 😉

I got 7 and that is mostly because I frequently don't do things because I have two babies and just don't have the time - it doesn't make me stressed though.

not bothered

Is apathy another symptom of stress?

adding 'dealing with stress' to my list of things to get done, would just add to the stress. hence i'm not bothered - too much 🙂

18

I really must stop getting up a 4:30 in the morning to spend over 10 hours driving on sh*te motorways to visit one of the worst work environments I've seen for a long time. 38 degrees 85% relative humudity and full face repsirators do not make a taz a happy fluffy bunny. Driving home smelling like a tramps gusset just finished it off. 😥

That is one of the most useless of those sort of questionnaires I have ever seen. Why is every question frequently something or other. all directed questions.

I score 1 BTW
