4 days in and I'm gettin twitchy.

Had a good day today. Not too grouchy at all. I did break yesterday and had a cheeky roll up at my brothers at lunch time. Second attempt at giving up this year due to baby arriving earlier this year.
Off to the US on business next week for 7 days. I am hoping the change in scenery will help avoid the obvious 'triggers'.
4 days is better than no days. Hang in there. 😉
