Please recommend a slack steel hardtail frame that has the following options if available:

Ideally a 66 degree or lower head angle
Different dropout configurations qr, ss and thru axle (i noticed the early Stanton Slacklinehad this)
Multiple bottle mounts (not essential)

All the new frames have thru axles, i need the option for QR.

I dont mind 26, 27.5 or 29 wheel

Would probably entail talking nicely to the manufacturers to work out the details, but something like a Pipedream Sirius with different sets of adjustable dropouts?

Thanks for the suggestions. Seems like not a lot of options in steel.

What about aluminium?

Nearly all frames in production are 148mm boost spacing, so few are likely to be adaptable to 135mm QR.

Surly karate monkey had the versatility in the dropouts, but you'd need to fit a slackeriser headset to get the head angle to where you want it.
